Gran’s Fudge is Australia’s leading fudge manufacturer specialising in quality
hand made fudges in over 25 traditional flavors. Located on the south coast of
New South Wales, Australia, Gran’s uses only the highest quality ingredients
sourced from local dairies. We use a high proportion of milk which results in a
smooth and creamy caramel flavour. We are HACCP and WQA accredited.
One of Gran’s finest achievements is to blend top alcohol brands with its
finest fudge to provide a beautiful combination of flavours. The fudge is then
packaged in unique tins and gift boxes making it a stylish and popular gift.
Gran’s Fudge produces a standard product range, but can also tailor product to
meet client needs. Most products have a 6-12 month shelf life.
Gran’s sells to leading retail outlets and specialty shops in Australia and
overseas. Export markets include New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, Canada and
the United Kingdom.
Gran’s Fudge was founded over 30 years ago when the daughter of the original
owner, Eileen Starr, asked for some sweets for her school fair. Remembering the
great times she had as a child eating her grandmother’s fudge, she found the
old recipe book and started making fudge on pots on her barbeque.
The fudge was so successful that shop keepers began buying it for their stores.
Because of her success, she established a small factory in 1975. In 1988, she
decided to retire and the current owners bought the business.
Since then Gran's Fudge has become Australia’s leading fudge
manufacturer known for its uniquely designed gift packaging and delicious, high
quality products. The business has grown out of 3 factories and continues to
expand in Australia and overseas.
